My boys are and have always been cat nappers- 30-45 minutes asleep and they're ready to go again. I'm pretty sure the longest nap Jack has ever taken was for two hours, and that's only happened a handful of times. Much to my dismay, Charlie is the same way! So, I'm soliciting advice for getting little people to STAY asleep to get the rest they (and, let's face it, sometimes I) need.
